Case study
Bar fit-out lighting
Lighting installation for a hospitality fit-out: a circular cove-lit ceiling feature, illuminated arched display niches and concealed LED to the bar counter.

The brief
What was needed
The interior design was built around arches and a curved ceiling detail. The lighting had to trace those shapes exactly and stay warm enough for evening trade.
Work completed
- 01Installed concealed LED to the circular ceiling recess so the curve is washed evenly with no visible fitting
- 02Lit each arched niche with a continuous run following the full profile of the arch
- 03Fitted concealed LED to the bar counter top edge and plinth to lift it off the floor
- 04Positioned downlights and added first-fix power and data for the till and back bar
Every curve in the design reads as a line of light, the bar appears to float, and the room can be run bright for service or low for evenings.
